Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of terms
By registering for, accessing or using SHOPCLUBNAIJA you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our other published policies. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. One person may hold one account.
3. Membership
Membership costs ₦10,000 and is activated with a valid activation code. Membership is valid for 60 days from activation, after which it expires and must be renewed with a new code. Membership is personal to you and may not be sold or transferred.
4. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
5. Activation codes
Activation codes are issued by the Admin, begin with "ACT-", and are valid for one use only. A used or revoked code cannot be reused. Codes must be purchased through official SHOPCLUBNAIJA channels only. We are not responsible for codes bought from unauthorised resellers, and codes obtained fraudulently will be revoked without refund.
6. Referral rules
The programme is one level deep. You earn only from members who register using your own referral link or code. Referrals must be real people who genuinely activate their own membership. Creating fake or duplicate accounts, self-referring, or inducing activations through misleading claims is prohibited.
7. Commission rules
When a member you referred activates or renews, ₦6,000 is credited to your Personal Wallet and ₦4,000 is retained by the platform — provided your own membership is active and unexpired at that moment. If your membership has expired, the full ₦10,000 goes to the platform, the commission is recorded as unearned, and you are notified so you can renew.
8. Renewal rules
Renewal uses the same activation code process. Renewing keeps your account active and keeps you eligible to earn referral commissions. Commissions missed while your membership was expired are not paid retroactively.
9. Shopping rules
Product listings, prices and availability may change at any time before an order is confirmed. Where a listed price is obviously incorrect, we may cancel the affected order and refund the wallet. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm the order.
10. Wallet usage
The Shopping Wallet may be used only for marketplace purchases. The Personal Wallet holds referral earnings, may be withdrawn to your bank subject to the minimum withdrawal amount, and may be transferred to the Shopping Wallet. Transfers from Shopping to Personal are not permitted. Wallet balances are not interest-bearing and are not deposits.
11. Prohibited activities
You must not: create multiple or fake accounts; manipulate the referral or wallet system; use stolen payment details; upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content; attempt to access other members' accounts or our systems without authorisation; scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform; or misrepresent SHOPCLUBNAIJA in any promotion.
12. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, withhold or reverse commissions, and cancel orders where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or fraud has occurred. Where possible we will explain the reason and give you a chance to respond.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, SHOPCLUBNAIJA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits or loss of expected referral earnings. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under consumer protection law.
14. Intellectual property
The SHOPCLUBNAIJA name, logo, website design, text and graphics belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
16. Dispute resolution
Please contact support first — most issues are resolved quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties may refer it to mediation in Nigeria, and failing that to the competent Nigerian courts.
17. Amendments
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published here with its last updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
