Membership
What is SHOPCLUBNAIJA? A Nigerian membership shopping club. Members activate their account, shop the marketplace at member prices, and can earn referral rewards.
How much does membership cost? ₦10,000, valid for 60 days.
Do I need a membership to browse? You can browse the marketplace freely. Membership is needed for member pricing, wallets and referral earnings.
Activation codes
How do I get an activation code? Buy one from the Admin on WhatsApp (08150795625 or 08067625873) or Telegram (@shopclubnaija). Never buy from unauthorised resellers.
How do I use a code? Go to the Activation page, enter the code and submit. Valid codes activate your membership instantly.
Can a code be used twice? No. Each code works once and is then marked as used.
Renewals
When does my membership expire? 60 days after activation. Your exact expiry date is on your dashboard.
How do I renew? Buy a new activation code and redeem it the same way you did the first time.
What happens if I let it expire? Your account stays open and your wallet balances are safe, but you stop earning referral commissions until you renew.
Referral earnings
How much do I earn per referral? ₦6,000 into your Personal Wallet for each qualifying activation or renewal by someone you referred.
Is it multi-level? No. One level only — your direct referrals.
Why did I not get paid for a referral? Most commonly because your own membership had expired at the moment they activated or renewed. Commissions missed that way are not paid retroactively.
When is the commission paid? Instantly and automatically at the moment the activation or renewal is processed.
Shopping
How do I pay for products? With your Shopping Wallet at checkout. If it is short, you can top up from your Personal Wallet during checkout.
Why is there a discount badge on some products? When a product has a sale price lower than its actual price, the discount percentage is calculated and shown automatically.
Wallets
What is the difference between the two wallets? Personal Wallet holds earnings and can be withdrawn or moved to Shopping. Shopping Wallet is only for buying products and cannot be withdrawn.
Can I move money from Shopping back to Personal? No — transfers only go Personal → Shopping.
What is the minimum withdrawal? ₦25,000, paid to the bank account on your profile.
Orders
How do I track my order? Open the My Orders page. Status moves from confirmed to processing, shipped and delivered, and you get a notification at each stage.
Can I cancel an order? Yes, before it is marked processing or shipped. After dispatch, use the Returns Policy.
Delivery
Do you deliver nationwide? Yes, to all 36 states and the FCT.
How long does delivery take? Typically 1 – 3 business days in major cities and 3 – 7 business days elsewhere, after dispatch.
Returns
What if my item is damaged or wrong? Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Verified claims are resolved by replacement or wallet credit.

How do I reach a human? Use live chat and ask for an admin, or contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram or email. Our hours are Monday – Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (WAT). Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
