Membership Policy
1. Membership activation
Membership costs ₦10,000. To activate, buy an activation code from the Admin through an official channel, then enter it on the Activation page. Activation is instant once a valid, unused code is accepted.
2. Validity period
A membership is valid for 60 days from the date of activation. Your expiry date is always shown on your dashboard and membership page.
3. Renewal
To renew, obtain a new activation code and redeem it in the same way. Renewing before expiry keeps your account continuously active and keeps your referral earning eligibility unbroken.
4. Expiration
When a membership expires, the account remains accessible but the member is treated as inactive: referral commissions stop being earned, member pricing and member-only features may be limited, and existing wallet balances remain intact. Renewal restores full access.
5. Referral eligibility
You may only earn referral commissions while your own membership is active and unexpired. If a person you referred activates or renews while your membership is expired, the commission is not paid to you — it is recorded as an unearned commission and retained by the platform, and you are notified.
6. Benefits of active membership

- Eligibility to earn ₦6,000 per qualifying referral activation or renewal.
- Full access to Personal and Shopping wallets, transfers and withdrawals.
- Priority support handling.
7. Suspension
We may suspend a membership where we reasonably suspect fraud, referral manipulation, multiple accounts or breach of our Terms. Suspension may pause commissions and withdrawals during the investigation.
8. Termination
You may stop using your account at any time and request closure. We may terminate a membership for serious or repeated breaches. Membership fees already used to activate a membership are not refunded on termination, and unpaid commissions arising from fraudulent activity are forfeited.
