Referral & Commission Policy

1. How referrals work

SHOPCLUBNAIJA operates a one-level referral programme. When someone registers using your referral link or code, they are permanently linked to you as your direct referral. Referral links are available on your Dashboard and Referral Network page.

2. Referral commissions

When a member you referred activates their membership for ₦10,000:

• ₦6,000 is credited to your Personal Wallet;
• ₦4,000 is retained by the platform.

3. Renewal commissions

The same ₦6,000 applies each time a member you referred renews their membership, subject to the active membership requirement below.

4. Active membership requirement

You must have an active, unexpired membership at the moment the activation or renewal happens to earn the commission. If your membership has expired:

• the full ₦10,000 is retained by the platform;
• an unearned commission record is created for transparency;
• you receive a notification prompting you to renew.

Unearned commissions are not paid retroactively after you renew.

5. Wallet distribution

Referral commissions are credited to the Personal Wallet only. They can be withdrawn to your bank (subject to the minimum withdrawal amount) or transferred to the Shopping Wallet for purchases.

6. Fraud prevention

All commission events are recorded with the source member, the referrer, the activation code used and a timestamp. We monitor for patterns such as bulk sign-ups from a single device, recycled phone numbers or emails, and coordinated fake activations.

7. Fake accounts

Creating accounts on behalf of people who did not consent, self-referring through secondary accounts, or paying for your own downline activations to harvest commissions is prohibited.

8. Commission forfeiture

Commissions arising from fraudulent, duplicate or manipulated activity may be reversed or forfeited, and the account may be suspended. Where a commission has already been withdrawn, we may recover it from future earnings.

9. Admin decisions

Where the facts are disputed, the Admin's determination on eligibility, forfeiture and reversal is final, subject to your right to raise a dispute under our Terms and Conditions and to any rights you have under Nigerian law.

10. Payment timelines

Commissions are credited to your Personal Wallet immediately and automatically at the moment a qualifying activation or renewal is processed. Withdrawals from the Personal Wallet to your bank are reviewed and paid by the Admin, normally within 1 – 3 business days of approval.

11. No guarantee of earnings

Referral earnings depend entirely on genuine activity by people you introduce. SHOPCLUBNAIJA does not promise, project or guarantee any level of income.
