Returns Policy

1. Eligible products

Most physical products bought on the SHOPNAIJACLUB marketplace can be returned if they are defective, damaged in transit, incomplete, or materially different from the listing.

Not eligible: perishable goods; opened personal-care, hygiene or intimate items; items damaged by misuse after delivery; and items marked "final sale" on the product page.

2. Return window

Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after 7 days from delivery cannot be accepted except where a manufacturer warranty applies.

3. Condition requirements

Returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, manuals, tags and any free items included. Please keep the delivery packaging until you are satisfied with the item.

4. How to request a return

Contact support through live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram or email with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs. We will confirm whether the return is approved and how to send the item back.

5. Inspection

Returned items are inspected on receipt, normally within 2 – 5 business days. If the item does not match the reported condition, we may decline the return and send the item back to you.

6. Replacement

Where a replacement is available, we send it at no additional cost once the return passes inspection.

7. Refund options

If a replacement is not available, the value of the item is credited to your Shopping Wallet. Where a bank refund is appropriate, it follows the withdrawal process and normal bank settlement times.

8. Return shipping

• Our error (damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete item): we cover return shipping.
• Change of mind on an otherwise correct item, where accepted: you cover return shipping and the original delivery fee is not refunded.
